Everything you need for your Grow Course
Accessing the Course
The course is made up of four modules: Vocation, Formation, Mission, and Multiplication.
After the first learning community, each module is worked on over the next two-to-three months. This includes coaching sessions for the church leader and a learning community session for the church team. Everyone taking part will be given a Grow Course Guide with clear instructions for following the topics as individuals, in your church groups and in the learning communities. There are QR codes to access videos on our website which you will need to register for. (Registration is free)

Information for the church leader
One church leader per church will have access to eight one-to-one coaching sessions over the next 12 months.
Church leaders will need to complete the following:
- Assigning your coach. You will receive an email introducing you to your coach. Please make contact with them and arrange your first coaching session.
- Ensure the completion of our Church Metrics Form every six months.
Foster the right learning conditions for your team, by organising regular meetings to discuss the course content.
What are Learning Communities and when will they take place?
A learning community is a four-hour meeting for church teams, held every two-to-three months in person. In this meeting, you will have a chance to discuss the online content with other churches and to work on an Action Plan for your church.
Dates and locations:
- Welcome: Thursday 22 May 2025, 9.30am-1pm
- Vocation: Thursday 3 July 2025, 9.30am-1pm
- Formation: Thursday 1 September 2025, 9.30am-1pm
- Mission: Thursday 6 November 2025, 9.30am-1pm
- Multiplication: Thursday 15 January 2026, 9.30am-1pm
The Learning Communities will be held at The Old Deanery, Deans Court, London EC4V 5AA.
There will be refreshments served from 9.30am and the first session will start at 10.00am. The main session will conclude at 1pm and will be followed by lunch.
