The Grow Course is an 8-12 month course for all church leaders and their teams who want to see God’s word fulfilled and lived out in their Christian community. We want to help churches think through being intentional about growing in health, breadth and impact in their own context.

What you can expect:
The best way to experience the Grow Course is by journeying with other churches at the same time. As a church, you will be guided through each of our course modules.
The self-guided learning will take up no more than an hour a week, and then we encourage you to gather as a church leadership team for a session to discuss a couple of topics in further depth.
At the end of each module, churches come together as a cohort of up to eight churches to discuss what they have learnt, encourage one another and write some action plans.
The church leader will also receive eight coaching sessions from a qualified coach to help you identify and encourage the best ways to put your plans into action.
