Grace Bally

Grace works at CCX as the Church Plant Enabler where she runs the Plant course. She is also a Lecturer at St. Mellitus College. Grace is a qualified Change Management and Organisation Development professional with a commercial career that spans 20+ years working for top 100 companies in the Oil/Gas & Retail sectors. During this time, Grace’s role involved implementing change strategies and coaching senior and middle management how to lead change in their business areas.
Grace is also ordained in the Church of England and in a Pentecostal denomination. Grace holds an MSc in Information Technology, and 2 MAs in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries respectively. She recently completed a doctorate in Pastoral Theology. Grace has a passion to use her business skills to support small charities that represent the marginalised, for which she was awarded a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). She is a Trustee of Just Money Movement and Vice- Chair of Bringing Hope, a charity that provides rehabilitation programmes for young men.
