Activity 1
In this video, we talked about how Pioneers work in different contexts, and described five types of pioneers – where would you place yourself on the pioneer spectrum when you think about your calling? Have you always been in that place? What other roles have you fulfilled?
Activity 2
Think back to the walk you took for the exercise in the second video, and think of the groups of people and places you marked down in your culture scale. Which kind of pioneer do you think is needed for each of the groups? Can you think of people who have worked in those roles?
We can often see people who do things differently to us as a problem. What if they are part of the solution? The early church was very aware of the need for different people to work together in order to be the church. Make time to read Ephesians 4:1-16 or 1 Corinthians 12:12-31.
