Zoe Dickinson
Grow Coach
I trained with Coaching Development and 3D Coaching. I am also a certified Myers Briggs practitioner and Mental Health First Aider.
I have worked in large organisations for 16 years, in both the corporate and the charitable sectors. I have been running my own coaching business since 2014 and I work primarily with Christian leaders in churches and UK charities. I’m also an associate coach with Martin Howden Executive Coaching.
Throughout my career I have worked with many different church denominations and churches of all sizes, from large resource churches to smaller churches looking to grow their congregation, team and community reach. My husband is a church leader and throughout my life I have been involved in church ministry.
I help leaders and their teams take a step back from the everyday demands of ministry and find clarity about what matters most. I believe coaching is different from consulting or mentoring. Coaching is an equal partnership where we co-create ideas and solutions. I am passionate about equipping leaders and teams to invest in their spiritual, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, so that they can thrive in all that God has called them to.
Examples of the kind of areas I explore with leaders include understanding their personality, prioritising their wellbeing, building resilience, investing in their team, managing conflict or change, and developing and inspiring vision.
