Grow Coach
Naomi Partridge (Bsc 1st Class Psychology, Dip. Transformational Coaching, MBTI, CIPD)
I am a creative, insightful and experienced facilitator and coach. I have worked and led across the corporate and charitable sector, and I am also a social impact entrepreneur, as co-founder and director of a national drinks brand start-up, HOLOS Kombucha. With over 500 hours of coaching under my belt, I am a coach assessor and I have recently submitted for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level of the International Coaching Federation.
I have coached church leaders for the last four years across a range of denominations, sizes and contexts. I draw on my experience and understanding from working with thousands of leaders and teams as a coach, facilitator and consultant across a wide variety of sectors – including businesses, charities, public sector and faith-based organisations, in the UK and abroad. This unique position gives me a fresh perspective and deep empathy that I bring into each coaching session.
I bring this diversity of experience to tailor each coaching session to deepen self-reflection and insight, using creative tools that can help each leader gain greater understanding of themselves and the situation. As a Christian, I am both prayerful and playful in how I lead coaching sessions – and I thoroughly believe creating a relaxed and sensitive environment helps leaders use the coaching sessions as an opportunity to safely explore challenges that they need to unlock. Leadership is challenging and can be lonely, especially in the uncertain times we find ourselves in, and I consider it a privilege to walk with you as a leader and help you find the way forward.
