Change is constant and, if anything, is becoming more complex. We need to lead people who are impacted by change through a period of transition. This is why it is important that we aim to become creative transition leaders by adopting eight specific traits. The Change Resource examines these traits and the faith-based transition approach developed by Dr Grace Bally-Balogun.

The Change Resource can be used by a church, worshipping community or Christian organisation of any size. We believe the resources available will be useful for any change initiative, whether it is to start soon or already in progress. From vision setting to facilitating culture to handling resistance and finishing well, there will be something for anyone who is leading change.
