Inspire & lead: use your wide experience to oversee a variety of staff & volunteer teams and lead by the example of your faith in Jesus Christ.

Empower & Equip: identify and develop leaders from a range of backgrounds using emotional and cultural intelligence to release their gifts in the church and wider community.

Grow our church: deepen our relationships and enrich our calling to be an intercultural worshipping community and resource church.

Engage our community: encourage creative ways to share the gospel through community ministries and see lives transformed.
