The purpose of the first module on Vocation is to look at the why and how of each church. Why was your church started or built in the first place? Why is it still there? What is its function? What is the vision and culture?

In this module, we want to start looking at discipleship and leadership. How do we lead ourselves and disciple others who can also lead and disciple others?

Who are we inviting? This module looks at who we are inviting and gives some practical help on how to do that. We look at how to identify the type of people we can reach intentionally, how to integrate newcomers into the church family and other practical things such as communicating online and how hospitality plays a key role in welcoming everyone.

Growing our churches in numbers, depth and impact will see dramatic changes in our church community and the area around our churches. We will see our congregations respond to God’s love more and invite others to experience this as well. How can we multiply our ministry and mission so we can have even more impact?
