Tom is on secondment at the Church of England as Churches and Networks Consultant, spending two days a week at Lambeth Palace with the Difference Team and three days a week on the Vision & Strategy team, helping with the Churches aim to grow younger. He has been involved in youth ministry for 16 years in various roles – working as the Head of Youth and Online Pastor at Holy Trinity Brompton; overseeing Alpha Youth & Students globally and as an Evangelist and Youth Worker in York.
