Shelley Pigott
Grow Coach
I trained as an Executive Coach and am accredited with the Academy of Executive Coaching, following life-changing coaching that I had received. I learnt that working alongside another person in peer-to-peer, reflective practice can unlock the God-given potential in all of us.
I have a degree in Youth Work and Applied Theology and for the first years of my working life was in church-based ministry. I moved to the charity sector and I have spent the last 20 years in senior leadership and executive roles in both large organisations such as Unicef, Save the Children and Alpha International, and in small six-people organisations. I have significant experience in managing people and teams, leadership theory and practice.
Since 2020 I have been running my own coaching practice and I work with clients primarily in the voluntary and church sectors. I mainly work with clients on growth in areas such as confidence development, building resilience, goal setting, leadership, people management, developing culture, managing change and self-perception.
I am passionate about coaching as a means to discover our potential, and to provide tools and opportunities to live the full lives that God created us for. For me, that means having the space to pause and reflect and to take the time to think together on the challenges and investigate solutions to the things that you face in your personal ministry.
