Revd Professor Jeremy Duff
Jeremy Duff is the Principal of the St Padarn’s Institute, heading up training and ministerial development for the Church in Wales. Previously he has been an urban vicar, a cathedral canon, a school chaplain and a new testament scholar. His focus now is on questions of leadership, formation and growth. His passion is that what will transform most dioceses like his home town of Liverpool, is not so much a small number of ‘flagships’ valuable as they are, but every parish church establishing new worship communities to genuinely preach the gospel afresh and establish Christian community within the diversity within each parish. It is by churches breaking out from engaging just with one demographic in their parish that revitalisation and growth comes.
