Grow Coach

I trained as a coach in 2017 after taking over the running of the Human Resources team at the digital business where I worked. In this role, I saw how coaching could transform the effectiveness of leaders within the business by enabling them to see and become the leaders they wish to be.

I now work part time as an in-house lawyer for a couple of charities and combine this with leadership coaching within the charity and legal sectors. I act as a trustee on several charity boards and act as an independent panel member on a number of fostering panels.

I am passionate about supporting church leaders to grow their church, develop disciples and engage and support their local communities. Over the years, I have supported numerous church leaders in doing this. As an elected local councillor, I was appointed as the council’s Faith Champion and worked to build links between the council and faith communities. Most recently, I supported our former vicar to launch a new service and new outreach programmes. I also previously worked in London as a church outreach worker supporting church leaders and members to engage with adoption and fostering.

My goal as a coach is to enable a leader to achieve their vision and become the leader they feel called to be. I do this by working with them to develop a clear vision of where they would like to be at the end of the coaching programme and then support them in developing a plan to get there.
