Pam Macnaughton

Pam Macnaughton works for the Church of England’s national Vision and Strategy team and is an associate minister of three churches in the Diocese of Derby. Previously, she has worked as a CPAS leadership specialist and in Christian publishing, editing newspapers, websites and magazines, largely focussing on work with children and young people.

Her book and accompanying training resources were published last year. Thrive: helping your multi-parish benefice to grow, explores challenges and opportunities for clergy and lay people in multi-parish benefices in a wide variety of contexts.

Pam believes that God is on the move with younger generations. She is intrigued by the country-wide stories of the Spirit of God drawing children and young people to Jesus.
