Jacqui is an experienced executive coach and group facilitator working with public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Her specific areas of interest are: enhancing personal influence and confidence; building personal and team resilience; sustaining well-being and work/life balance; increasing emotional intelligence for developing quality relationships and leading teams through change.

Jacqui offers 20 years of coaching and group facilitation experience and has worked with clients and organisations including the Church of England, Leadership College London (Church of England), the Methodist Church, the Salvation Army, Henley Business School, Oxford Brookes University, Fujitsu Global Services, the MOD, Transport for London and the NHS. She has coached senior managers in leading their teams through organisational change, through work/life transitions and around managing group diversity and dynamics and building relationships across organisational structures.

She has held managerial roles in client management, operational services, marketing and organisational development /human resources within a major global services company. She implemented leadership programmes across Europe, working with board-level directors and functional heads in finance, commercial, marketing and programme management to deliver strategic company projects.

Jacqui is a calm and creative coach, whose background has given her the ability to listen deeply and tailor her approach to best support the individual’s needs and outcomes. She asks insightful questions to enhance self-awareness of strengths and to recognise blind spots. Motivated to enable individuals to step out of the relentless ‘reactiveness’ of work, she creates the space for quality thinking and decision-making. Aware that leading through change can be a time of intense stress, her coaching enables clients to gain insights into what is important, to be courageous in their choices and to lead with renewed energy and focus.
