Grace Bally-Balogun

Grace works at CCX as the Church Plant Enabler where she runs the Plant course. She is ordained in the Church of England and in a Pentecostal denomination, and lectures at St. Mellitus College, London.
Grace is a qualified Change Management and Organisation Development professional with a commercial career that spans 20+ years working for top 100 companies in the oil/gas and retail sectors. During this time, Grace’s role involved implementing change strategies and coaching senior and middle management how to lead change in their business areas.
