Mthr Charlotte Gibson

Mother Charlotte is the Anglo-Catholic Missioner for Church of England Birmingham. This is part of a five year project working with five churches across the diocese to grow spiritually and numerically. Mother Charlotte is also an iconographer, which enriches and feeds her prayer life. She is undertaking a PhD in Biblical Studies at the University of Birmingham, focusing on intertextuality in Luke 1.

Charlotte is married to Sam, who is also a priest and Biblical Scholar, and they have two children, Rodaidh, 10, and Seona, 8. As a family they enjoy country, americana and indie music, though Charlotte and Seona love Taylor Swift the most.
