Ric is the director of the Gregory Centre for Church Multiplication, which offers training and support on church planting and growth for the full breadth of the Church, and heads the annual Multiply Church Planting Conference. He is the chair of the Intercontinental Church Society (ICS), an Anglican organisation that serves English-speaking people all over the world. He also works with Plant Anglican, the Anglican Communion Church Planting Network, and Exponential Europe. He is proud to support Tearfund as an Ambassador.
