Alan Moss

Alan leads an SDF project on two estates where he serves 350 young people every week and uses the practices of community organising to empower residents to create positive, meaningful change. He has over 20 years of experience in youth work, previously planting a church for young people and supporting the Diocese of Chelmsford in developing its digital mission programme. Alan was brought up on an East London estate, has a background in welding, and a love of tattoos. He is married to Sarah, also a Church of England priest.
