Presented by CCX

Adopting an experiential approach, Developing Leadership Presence draws evidence-based practices from the science of character development, contemplative practice and organisational scholarship to build leadership energy and productivity, psychological wellbeing, and social connectedness.

It is delivered as a one-day face-to-face programme with an online group coaching session as follow-up.

The day will include four session lead by Roger Bretherton:

  • Presence: What is it and why does it matter?
  • Identity: Who are you when you are present?
  • Absence: What stops you being present?
  • Sustenance: How can presence be maintained?
