Andrew Morsley had been involved in serving a large church in some form for the better part of 20 years. When word of a new plant was shared, set to be based in the area of his family home in Harrow, north west London, it felt like an opportunity he and his family couldn’t turn down.

What unfolded was an unexpected, life-changing journey into lay leadership.
