The Grow Course is designed to help churches grow in health, depth, and impact.
Delivered by networks and dioceses in a combination of self-guided learning, learning communities, and coaching for church leaders, each Grow Course cohort sees teams from each participating church come together at learning communities every two-to-three months. Between these gatherings, church leaders work with a Grow Course Coach, to help effectively implement an action plan that leads to healthy, growing churches.
