Ros Hoare is passionate about seeing people thrive in every area of life — personal life, work life, family life and ministry. With a deep commitment to whole-life discipleship, she loves helping people grow in confidence, step into their God-given calling, and share the hope and love of Jesus in everyday life.
An ICF accredited coach (ACC), Ros brings together significant experience in coaching, HR management, leadership and organisational development. Her background includes leadership roles in premium brand retail, the motor trade, the charity sector, and a variety of church leadership contexts including church networks, dioceses, local churches and church planting environments.
Over the past 20 years she has worked with church leaders from many traditions and settings — both lay and ordained — through roles within church networks, the Diocese of London, and more recently with the Myriad Collective, where she encourages and equips people to pursue God’s mission and develop new worshipping communities in their local context. Ros also serves in leadership within her local church, where she is involved in coaching, mentoring, organisational review, and developing vision and strategy.
Alongside a small team, she spent over seven years leading a neighbourhood missional community in Enfield, gaining firsthand experience of leadership, team development and local mission. Her coaching approach is warm, thoughtful and practical, shaped by experience across multiple sectors and grounded in formal coaching training. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside others through coaching, creating space to reflect, gain fresh perspective, navigate change and identify clear and confident next steps.
