Drawing on extensive coaching, local church and leadership experience
I love coaching and encouraging leaders and seeing them, by God’s grace, thrive and grow in effectiveness. For 25 years I’ve worked with diverse churches across the UK and internationally. I have coached for 20 years, led at senior levels in demanding contexts and managed complex programmes. I am accredited with the ICF.
As co-lead for the Diocese of Winchester’s Growing Rural Parishes programme, I support church leaders to strengthen the focus, discipleship and mission of 60 local churches. In my business Coaching to Thrive, I coach leaders of the unity group One Church Basingstoke; help develop a national approach for people to explore Christian spirituality and inspire and equip greater prayer. I know many of the joys and pressures of church leadership as I have been a lay local church leader for 15 years.
