The Grow Course Coach role is about supporting the church leader to effectively implement an action plan that leads to healthy, growing churches.
Andrew has been in ministry, both lay and ordained, for 25 years. He grew up in a flat in King’s Cross in London with his mother, in a neighbourhood that was struggling with poverty. Now Vicar of St Martin’s, Gospel Oak, in North London, Andrew’s journey is an inspiring example of what happens when the Church supports and encourages those from working class roots to respond to God’s call into leadership.
The Church of England is continuing to form strategy and make progress to encourage working class vocations.
