Resource Churches: Partnering with the Diocese

Archie Coates, former leader of St Peter’s Brighton, talks with Bishop Ric Thorpe about leading a Resource Church and what a fruitful partnership with the diocese can look like. Drawing from his own experience, Archie explores how a Resource Church can be a solution to problems, the value of saying ‘yes’ to unexpected opportunities, and trusting God to identify the right people for the right time, to lead and serve where he is calling.
