Mark Tate leads The Grove Community, a church plant on a council estate in Ealing, and Urban Praise Project, a worship band aimed at young people. In his work with CCX, he helps enable the Estates Apprenticeship Scheme, a two-year, hands-on training programme designed to equip emerging leaders from estates and low-income communities.
At Multiply Estates Mission 2026, Mark gave a challenge to all those called to estates ministry, that the Kingdom of God is like yeast, worked into the dough, not a finished loaf that arrives ready and baked.
