Ron Bushyager offers three areas of reflection on how to best navigate true- and false-self representations in your role as a church leader.

1. What kinds of false-self pressures are you facing at the moment? How do they limit you? What can you do about them?

2. How are you managing the balance between your true-self and false-self in your leadership? Which of the false-self representations are you most susceptible to?

3. Who are the safe people in your life? Are they the right kind of safe people for the work you are doing at present?
