Welcome to Stage 2: Leading and Teams.
In this stage we’ll be considering more about how you will lead your new church community, which will likely be quite different from what you have experienced in an established church. Doing it as a team will be key so who do you have with you? What giftings and skills do they have? How will you work well together? What rhythm will you establish for prayer and planning? Who else do you need?
