For our lively and engaged church active in the heart of its community in Southsea, we are looking for a leader, who will embed the values of our church and help us grow pastorally and in depth spiritually.

Here at St Margaret’s, we have seen Jesus at work amongst His people and we have seen significant growth as the church has been reborn for the local community since its start as a church plant 8 years ago.

Our building has been developed to hold a cafe, charity shop, soft play area and food pantry drawing local people into St Margaret’s and we live our mission in action by serving our community and blessing our neighbours and helping people grow in faith.

We are looking for a leader who enables St Margaret’s to move on to the next chapter as it becomes an established, sustainable fruitful community.

Do you have a heart for mission and a desire to reach and disciple the unchurched? Can you demonstrate through pastoral care and faithful wisdom that you can take St Margaret’s forward in their journey?
