Join our team as a full-time Youth and Children’s Leader!

Salary: £24,000 per year

Benefits: 25 days holiday

Pension: 4%

In this role, you’ll be placed in 2-3 local churches, dedicating up to 22 hours per week to supporting youth and children’s ministry. You’ll also have 15 hours per week to focus on innovation, city-wide youth and childrens mission, worship, and teaching events. As part of our team, you will have the exciting opportunity to invest and help 2-3 local churches to build a flourishing children’s and youth provision. You will be encouraged to network with others to develop the landscape of youth gatherings locally and have space to pioneer, dream and develop your ideas and vision.

Missional Generation seeks to equip children and young people to live influential lives for God in all arenas of life. We are a charity that is keen to pioneer and use innovation to see young people come to Jesus.

Missional Generation is known for its strategic, entrepreneurial and innovative youth and children’s ministry resources. We are a Christian youth and children charity that develops effective resources and weekly provision to help build the church’s confidence to help reach children and young people by employing leaders to help offer weekly investment. We to date are supporting 10 churches and Christian groups to help build teams to develop a dynamic environment where both children and young people can grow rounded young adults, form their own understanding of faith and relationship with Jesus as they create lasting relationships with the local church.
