Activity
Church planting, like life, isn’t a straight line from where you are now to your vision. Values will determine your vision and what you do (and don’t do). So, make sure you really understand and agree your values as a team. Get beyond simplistic Christian statements.
Discuss with your team:
- What is a strategy and do Christians need one?
- What is the most motivating vision or set of values that you know?
- Is there a difference between vision and values? Does it matter?
