This module will help you to ‘discover’ your context, exploring it as a place and planning on how you will interact with it. You’ll be asked to consider stakeholder engagement and set a timeline for the first two to five years of your church plant

Now it’s time to get to grips with a strategic growth strategy, and consider how you’ll establish discipleship pathways. Your team will be invited to think about how you are set to develop and grow as a healthy church planting team. The topics of this module will lead you on an exploration of missional strategies using missional community, evangelism, mission, and social transformation ministry.

Your church planting lead will explore their strengths and weaknesses as a leader. Perspective is given on the dynamics of estates and low-income communities, and how to plant well in these contexts.

In this module, you will examine the structures and relationships you may have to work within, and examine the resources required for a plant

Your team will consider what impact the size of your church will have on your team and leadership styles, and the importance of having children and young people at the centre of your plant.
