Vocation

The purpose of the first module on Vocation is to look at the why and how of each church. Why was your church started or built in the first place? Why is it still there? What is its function? What is the vision and culture?

These are big questions and they are not all easy to answer. By the end of this module, we hope you will believe that change is possible and that you are equipped to identify and manage it. You will also identify some actions and priorities going forward. Work through the topics in this book individually and meet as a group from your church to discuss your thoughts.
