How to plant churches?

Building on the story of Acts 16 and how the first church is planted in Philippi, this session looks to demonstrate the breadth of church planting.

What type of church to plant?

This session engages with the different approaches to church planting, exploring some of the varying types of church which are planted. We begin to explore questions of what kind of church plant we might be called to be involved in.

Where to plant a church?

This session examines five different spaces where churches can be planted and the varying strengths they offer. We’ll be asked to share which type of church plant we connect with, and which leaves us with questions.

Getting ready to plant

In this final session of Explore Church Planting, we begin to think of how we might get ourselves ready to plant a new church, using five key questions to examine the qualities this will draw on.
