Rosemarie Davidson-Gotobed is the Church of England’s first Minority Ethnic Vocations Officer, working with dioceses across the country as they seek to encourage more people of UKME/Global Majority heritage to consider ordained ministry. She has 30 years’ experience in leading facilitated learning sessions in racism awareness and cross-cultural understanding. She is the founder of the annual Sam Sharpe Lectures which creates a platform for thinkers and activists from the Caribbean and African diasporas and takes place during Black History Month.
